The Akademie am Trenkerhof invites you to the 1. Disc Golf Open in the Pampa on April 13 and 14, 2024. A two-day PDGA B-Tier event with 3 rounds over 18 holes will be played in the Bucklige Welt. Scoring will be via PDGA Live. The Official Rules of Disc Golf of the PDGA apply.
The tournament also marks the opening of the new Pay-To-Play course with 9 holes “Disc Golf in the Pampa”. The course will be modified for the tournament and extended to 18 holes. One part of the course is in an open field, the other part goes through the forest and partly hilly terrain.
The course will be playable on Friday, 12.04.2024 from 12:00 at the latest. However, please watch out for other disc golfers, walkers, residents and animals.
By taking part, you are supporting the construction of the course and securing the opportunity to be one of the first to explore the course.
Divisions and reserved places 1. Disc Golf Open in the Pampa
The 1. Disc Golf Open in the Pampa will be held in the divisions MPO / FPO / MA1 / MA4 / MJ18 The number of participants is limited to 72. There will be a CTP and an ace pool.

Places in the divisions are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis until all places reserved for the respective division have been filled. After that, the wildcards are allocated. If there are fewer than 4 registrations for a division by 15.03.2024, the organizer reserves the right to dissolve the division. Reserved places in divisions that are not completely filled by 15.03.2024 will be allocated as additional wildcards on 16.03.2024. The allocated places can be viewed at any time on the PDGA page of the tournament. Please give us a little time after your registration to process them.
PROs playing AM allowed! – Members with the professional status of the PDGA (PRO membership) can also compete in MA1 and MA4.
Prizes – 1. Disc Golf Open in the Pampa
MPO and FPO will receive cash prizes, with €30 per player going into the division’s cash prize pool. The payout is based on the PDGA guidelines. The prize money can also be converted into a voucher from Discgolf4you if desired. MA1, MA4 and MJ18 will receive a player package worth at least € 25 and small prizes.

Green Event
The 1st Disc Golf Open in da Pampa is a green event. This is expressed in many ways
- Climate-friendly mobility: We offer you help to reach the tournament in a climate-friendly way and offer you the possibility to camp directly on the grounds. This not only keeps the players together, it also avoids the very climate-damaging last mile from any accommodation to the course.
- Catering: The catering will consist of food and drinks produced as regionally and organically as possible. For example, the beef and flour will come from our own farm. In addition, there will always be at least one vegetarian alternative.
- Waste avoidance: is a top priority at the Trenkerhof. In the past, the Pampa team has already managed to produce only one large bag of plastic waste during an entire festival with 1000 visitors. Therefore, food and drink will only be served in reusable containers and tableware. We also ask you to cooperate in this and to use reusable packaging.
- Waste separation: We ask you to use our waste separation system and thus help us to recycle all recyclable materials where possible.
- Conservation of resources: Wherever possible, we will use environmentally friendly materials and keep costs as low as possible. Therefore, for example, a printed caddy book will only be available on request.
- Accessibility: Those parts of the event where it is possible for us to do so will be held as inclusively as possible. At this point, we regret to inform you that the tournament course is not fully wheelchair accessible. We would be delighted if we could still welcome you to the players’ party and as a spectator. Legal matters
Processing of personal data
By registering for the tournament, participants consent to the processing of personal data by Discgolf4you and the organizer.
Image and sound rights
Film and sound recordings as well as photos will be made at the event, and by attending the event you agree to their subsequent use.
It is to be expected that the organizer is not responsible for the production and distribution of recordings made by accredited or external photographers (who are not directly attributable to the organizer, but to the press).
Cancellation and refund
If the registration is canceled by 15.03.2024: Refund of the total amount minus € 5 processing fee
Cancellation of registration by 29.03.2024: refund of 50% of the total amount
Cancellation of registration after 29.03.2024: Unfortunately, no refund is possible.
Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event up to 7 days before without giving reasons. In this case, entry fees and pre-ordered food will be refunded.
